Parking Committee
Purpose
The Parking Committee’s goal is to improve homeowners’ and residents’ access to parking near their homes during periods of peak parking congestion.

Committee Objectives
The Parking Committee continually evaluates parking throughout Ocean Grove to determine the extent of parking problems in different parts of town (i.e. ocean front, north end, Main Avenue).
The Parking Committee is aware of the need to balance the concerns of merchants, innkeepers and the OGCMA as it seeks to implement a residential permit parking pilot (RPPP) designed to improve parking availability for homeowners and residents.
The Parking Committee is working to have the RPPP implemented by Neptune Township.
The Parking Committee will continue to educate and explain parking ordinances, including a draft RPPP to homeowners, residents and members of the Neptune Township Committee.
The Parking Committee will monitor, evaluate and make recommendations resulting from implementation of an RPPP.
