Purpose
Retain, Build and Engage Association Membership. The purpose of the Membership Committee is to take action to retain the existing members of the Association, attract new members and promote member engagement by providing valuable information, services and activities to members and being responsive to resident feedback.

Committee Objectives
Solicit ongoing feedback from Ocean Grove’s residents to better understand the community’s concerns, interests and views and use that feedback to guide the Association’s activities and operations.
Welcome new residents to Ocean Grove, introduce them to the Association’s resources and the benefits of membership.
Recognize and introduce new members to the Association.
Promote an inclusive and welcoming culture and environment for our diverse community.
Enhance member engagement by ensuring that the Association is a robust and helpful source of information for residents regarding, not only the Association, but also local businesses and organizations; community news, events and activities; local government contacts and meetings; and educational and other resources available to residents.
Promote social and volunteer activities to build community and relationships among neighbors.
